“Removes any stripped screw in 10 seconds or less.” — Lowe's product listing
Overview
A contractor-grade set of double-ended extractor bits in M2 high-speed tool steel. One end drills a clean cone into the damaged head, the other bites in and backs the screw out — both in reverse, in the drill you already own.
The drilling end cuts a clean cone into the damaged head; flip it and the extracting end grips that cone.
The 4-pack is made from M2 HSS for strength and durability.
Rated for use with impact drivers on the package. Run it in reverse either way.
Phillips, flat, hex and painted-over screws, plus screws with the head snapped off.
How to use

Chuck the drilling end. Set the drill to reverse. Press firmly and cut a clean divot, about 1/16–1/8 in deep.

Take the bit out, flip it end for end and chuck the extracting end. Handle with care — it heats up.

Keep the drill in reverse. Go slow and apply significant pressure. The screw backs right out.

Reviews
These worked for 90 percent of the deck screws I needed removed. They do wear out so depending on how many screws you need to remove you may need to buy 2 sets.
“Works well!”
Worked as advertised. Had to go a size up to extract screw.
Helped get out a stripped screw from the 90s.
After trying several methods to remove a stripped screw, I purchased this SpeedOut. It was awesome — made removing the stripped screw very easy.
Worked perfectly to remove my stripped screws.
Works as advertised.
FAQ
The drilling end. Run the drill in reverse and let it cut a clean divot into the damaged head, then flip the bit to the extracting end.
Drill the cone a little deeper (about 1/16 in) and try again, or move up one size. Keep the drill in reverse, go slow and push hard.
The instructions don't recommend it for drywall/sheetrock screws.
It's the #1 thing people miss. Drilling in reverse cuts the cone without driving the screw deeper, and the extracting end is cut to grip counter-clockwise. Reverse to drill, reverse to extract.
